The Aluminium Sloped Coping Stopend Upstand is designed to provide secure termination at the end of a coping run, protecting roof edges effectively. This aluminium coping stopend features an upstand design, ensuring a neat and durable finish for flat roof coping systems. Made from high-quality aluminium, it offers excellent weather resistance and long-lasting performance, maintaining the integrity of your roof coping.

The Metal Profiles aluminium sloped coping system provides a modern weathertight solution to parapet walls & terraces. The coping is coated with external grade polyester powder paint that provides long term durability and carries a fire class rating of A2-s1,d0.

Each stopend upstand is supplied with between 1nr fixing bracket, which is used to secure to the top of the wall allowing the installation of the coping that is simply clicked in place.

Metal Profiles Sloping Coping System offers two downstand sizes as standard:

  1. Internal Leg of 75mm, External Leg of 100mm.
  2. Internal Leg of 75mm, External Leg of 125mm.

The above table provides insight into the coping width recommend application conditions, if you are unsure on your required coping width, simply measure your wall and apply to the matching ranges. The table also provides some indication on the amount of included brackets required for each 3m length and the other available options for different coping width/thickness.

The overall standard measurement of the coping will include an additional Internal 75mm down-stand & External 100-125mm down-stand with 10mm return either side of the sloping coping system, this will be added onto the required coping width to achieve your overall coping girth.
